Hapag-Lloyd buys 49% of Grupo Spinelli.

Hapag-Lloyd has acquired 49% of the Spinelli Group, one of the first Italian logistics groups, to which the Genoa Port Terminal is headed, as well as various trucking, logistics and container storage and repair activities. 

In detail, the Icon Infrastructure fund, which sold its 45%, for 200 million, and the Spinelli family, which sold 4% for about 7 million.
The Spinelli Group has been operating in Italy since 1963 and offers services for the entire logistics chain of containers to shipping companies, including port terminal services, multimodal transport solutions, storage and repairs of containers, warehouses and customs agent activities.
Hapag-Lloyd is one of the main operators in transatlantic, middle eastern, latin american and intra american trades. Its fleet counts on 253 container ships and a total capacity of 3 million TEU, including one of the largest and most modern refrigerated container fleets. A total of 126 scheduled services around the world guarantee fast and reliable connections between more than 600 ports on all continents.
